Atty. Alvin Liao Alburo is a practicing lawyer, and the Managing Partner of Alburo Villanueva Law Office, a general practice law firm. He specializes in civil litigation, with focus in family law (i.e. child custody, support, and annulment), labor relations and corporate law. He was the former Manager and Head of the Human Resource & Legal Services Department of Crown Asia Chemicals Corporation, a publicly listed company. He was also Legal Officer/Junior Assistant Manager in the Legal Department of Federal Land, Inc., then member of the Metrobank Group, and now of GT Capital Holdings.


Atty. Alburo completed his studies in the Arellano University School of Law and the University of the Philippines, taking up Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, repectively. He is currently a Professor of Law at the University of Santo Tomas.

Albertine “Bert” P. Monteron has spent virtually his entire 35-year professional career in the field of Sales and Marketing.  His training includes multinationals like Unilever, Wander and Remy Martin as well as large Philippine conglomerates like San Miguel and Universal Robina Corporation.

He was former General Manager of Hunts-Universal Robina Corporation as well as Remy Philippines Inc. In each of these companies, his specialty was entrepreneurial marketing whose end goal is either to turn around or revitalize brands, a role which necessitated a firm background in business analysis and marketing acumen.

His vast experience is complemented by several sales and marketing courses, including a post-graduate training course in International Marketing from Boston College, U.S.A.

Howell Cu has over 20 years of sales, distribution and entrepreneurial experience. Initially, working for Procter & Gamble Philippines, he was able to develop the sales and distribution business of different brands in various territories. With his astute business acumen and intense professional sales expertise, he was able to start up and develop 10 multimillion companies, working with various local and multinational FMCG companies. He has been called on to conduct training and consultancy to various companies such as Caltex, Philips, Del Monte, Kimberly Clark and NutriAsia.
 
He completed his studies in the Ateneo De Manila University and the Asian Institute of Management, taking up a degree on B.S. Management Engineering and Master’s in Entrepreneurship respectively.

Ian Santos has over 25 years of experience working in various sales, trade marketing, and regional & global training roles in companies such as Coca-Cola, Jollibee Foods Corporation, and Colgate-Palmolive. He also lived and worked for a year in Moscow while assigned in Colgate-Palmolive Russia.

He has held National Sales Manager, National Sales Training Manager, and Director – Sales Operations Planning roles in his corporate stint. He also managed sales training for both Colgate-Palmolive and Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines.
Currently, he is the VP-Pharma of GSK.

He finished his MBA and Business Administration degrees at the University of the Philippines – Diliman, where he also developed and taught an MBA Strategic Sales Management course, the first and only course of its kind in the UP MBA program.

Milona Mier-Barraca built her Trade Marketing career and acquired almost 16 years of solid experience, knowledge, exposure and training from three multinational companies across different industries, namely: Abbott Nutrition International, Reckitt Benckiser, Inc., and Selecta Wall’s, Inc.  She initiated and successfully executed merchandising and trade promotions programs, trained and built Trade Marketing teams, pioneered systems and set-up business processes in Trade Marketing and Sales Management, and championed winning Trade Marketing projects and initiatives in the following industries: pharmaceutical-nutrition, food (ice cream), and household cleaning solutions.

She has been doing Trade Marketing for more than 16 years, and two years of combined Trade Sales Management and Business Development (Pacific Islands). She finished her MBA and Business Management Degree at the University of the Philippines.

Ramon Barredo has had 20 years of extensive experience in Marketing & Sales, gained from working with leading multinational and local corporations across diverse industries, to include consumer goods, retail, pharmaceutical and real estate development. His specific areas of focus include leading New Product Commercialization initiatives, and launch of Branded Retail Formats. He has likewise been involved in directing and executing Sales & Channel Management initiatives, as well as crafting Sales Force Capabilities programs.

He received his Master’s Degree in Business Management with Distinction from the Asian Institute of Management.

 

Ronnie Traballo is a graduate of Business Administration and Accountancy in UP Diliman and started his career in P&G working as a distributor specialist. He was then assigned as a Key Account Manager in Central Luzon. Later on he joined his family business, “Bomanite”, a leading global brand of decorative concrete flooring that they licensed from the USA.

Simultaneous with this responsibility, he also became a sales consultant and trainer to various multi-national companies in the country. He eventually gpt hired as a full time Regional Distributor Strategy manager of Chevron (Lubricants Division) covering 10 countries in Asia Pacific. He helped transform and streamline the sales organization from a wholesale based operation into a streamined distributor based channel.

After a few years, the family business, Cypress Bomanite, was offered a regional scopeand become Bomanite’s exclusive manufacturing and marketing partner in South East Asia. He went back to the family business and armed with his B2B skills, he established the regional presence for Bomanite in Southeast Asia.

Ted Estacio, CPA, MBA earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in accounting from UST with Masters in Business Administration (DLSU) and Management Development (AIM) and is a CPA by profession. He also has a Certificate in Cooperative Education (Marburg University, Germany) and is an accredited trainor by the Cooperatives Development Authority, a Licensed Financial Adviser, and is a Registered Financial Consultant (IARFC of Oregon, USA).

He has experience in Finance-Audit, Credit, Operations, Treasury, Finance, Regional Planning, and Financial Controllership with different local and multinational companie. His work also included Sales, Services and Marketing focusing on Direct Selling and Network Marketing. As a trainor, he has coached independent sales force in Finance, Operations, Marketing, cooperatives and Entreprenuership.

For his academic experience, he was part time faculty at the College of St. Benilde, DLSU and Southville International School.

 
Wilhem Nolasco is a PMP certified senior program/project manager and organizational change management consultant. He is currently working for a large insurance company as Change Manager. He is the first and only that has accreditation for both APMG and Prosci as Change Management Practitioner in the Philippines and only one of a few accredited across Asia.

Previously, he worked for an international IT company which manages different customers and projects from different countries. He was a Global Quality Program Manager / Organizational Change Management consultant transforming quality and delivery of different global delivery centers.

Also, he was a Global SAP works stream Transformation Lead which managed a team of more than 100 people in different countries which standardized different processes in different regional ang delivery centers within the Global SAP Service Line of the company. Moreover, he was also a senior auditor that assessed quality and health of projects being done in the Americas region and also provided project management consulting to them. He also managed different web and ERP projects before.

He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Management of Business Administration (MBA) at De La Salle Graduate School of Business.
